Role Summary: The Area Coordinator is responsible for driving smooth Opex Operations within the Region with special focus on efficiency and simplification. He/she will assure the execution of Opex operational activities playing a proactive role in cross functional coordination and guaranteeing demand fulfillment, improvement and stable operations.
Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Area Coordinator you will:
Coordinate/supervise a group of contracts/projects in the region
Support outage planning and execution activities consolidating reporting and monitor of the outages preparation
Drive KPI collection and tracking as w ell as monitoring any other business/process related metric
Manage operational activities and connect the interfaces between GE affiliates and HQ/Hub
Perform internal Opex self-assessments and auditing
Ensure the knowledge of all Opex project management tools Support the Regional team to capture commercial opportunities under the Opex's
Drive a culture of EHS and Quality within the Regional team
Assure the compliance to Procedure/tools
Achieve financial and operational targets committed for the assigned Area/Region
Support the Sales Force in opportunity development/assessment with Customers
Identify with Application Engineering Team and all the involved Functions the best solutions to meet Customers' "Critical to Quality" (CTQs)
Scout opportunities in the assigned Area, teaming up with Sales Regional Manager, keeping track of all the projects in the Area always ensuring solid and rigorous financials reporting and forecasts
Supervise the application of admin, EHS, quality, maintenance and engineering policies, procedures and filing the systems to execute this Agreement.
Respond to Owner's technical inquiries coordinating technical resources, to assure problems identification and resolution
Assist customer operation and maintenance staff in monitoring performances of covered units and recommend actions to improve safety, availability and reliability
Identify elements requiring improvement and structure projects and actions to address the needs
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 3 years of experience in services, project management, and/or engineering
Strong knowledge of O&G organization and processes, with special focus on Opex Services business model
Leadership, initiative, autonomy and self-confidence
Authority to a level consistent with delivering the business results
Strong can do and problem solving attitude
Proven capability to drive cross-functional team remotely
