Role Summary: Responsible for developing, maintaining and monitoring sound process and practices for GE Drilling Subsea Products (Drill-through equipment) Maintenance in compliance with GE and industry regulations. Develop and maintain best practices for Maintenance process applicable to contractual services agreements, Max lift pump and transactional services.
Essential Responsibilities: Cross-functional collaboration between the customer, Field Services, Engineering, Training, Leadership and support functions for the adherence and improvement of maintenance and asset performance.
In the role of Maintenance Process Manager - CSA you will:
Develop and maintain sound processes and practices to promote compliance with APIQ2 specifications
Lead the development and digitization of the Maintenance Structure for the CSA; be capable to expand to other services elements and share with other GE businesses
Lead Six Sigma process improvements
Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training
Be responsible for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics
Cross-functional collaboration between the customer, Field Services, Engineering, Leadership, and support functions for the adherence and improvement of maintenance and asset performance
Act as a single point of contact for compliance inquiries
Develop and maintain best practices for processes applicable to Contractual Services Agreements, Transactional Field Services, and Max Lift Pump projects
Focused on ensuring good customer outcomes and efficient reliable operations
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 7 years of experience in a field services position in the Oil Industry)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a field services position in the Oil Industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university preferred, or commensurate working and professional experience
Program Management experience
Well Control System operational background and experience
Track record of identifying, developing and executing business critical initiatives and strategies
Possesses strong passion for ensuring voice of customer is included in solutions
Strong clear thinking abilities and ability to communicate effectively with customers, Field Service personnel and different functions within GE Organization
Strong knowledge on GE Drilling Subsea Products (Drill-through equipment)
Ability to lead and influence cross-functionally
