Role Summary: Coordinate/manage on time delivery of MCCs to customer requirements on time, as well as maintain competitive lead times and participate on market share gains projects.
Essential Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for scheduling production of Motor Control Center cabinets with high complexity wiring. In this role, you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning as well as establish the long-term planning to improve the speed and make the job function quicker.
•Interface with production, sales, purchasing and suppliers to schedule the receipt of raw material to meet customer requirements and production schedule.
•Responsible for updating SAP production orders to generate the master production schedule (MPS) and drive raw material requirements.
•Evaluate and drive resolution on all manufacturing material quality and supply issues to prevent from delaying the production schedule execution.
•Create mechanisms to assure that the shop has the necessary materials, tooling and capacity.
•Identify and react to raw material fulfillment disruptions that do not meet customer requirements.
•Monitor implementation of corrective action plans to achieve +95% on ATS (attainment to schedule).
•Responsible for analyzing production mix and anticipating bottlenecks.
•Responsible for answering back preneg and expedite opportunities, analyzing speedi files and MCC drawings.
•Communicate with Req Eng team to pulse orders, solve problems and expedite jobs.
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
•Able to fluently speak and write in English
•Customer focus with high sense of urgency.
•Analytical and results oriented.
•Ability to drive people and team.
•Proficiency on MS Excel.
•Prior experience utilizing planning systems.
•Prior experience in production, purchasing or scheduling.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities.
•Ability to work effectively in all environments.

•Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
