Role Summary: The HCIT-CBS Ambulatory Practices Solutions (APS) Engineering team is a global development organization with products including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Centricity Practice Solutions (CPS).The Software Quality Assurance Engineer position is responsible for ensuring quality product is delivered to the customers through through testing using test automation. This is engineer would be working on program that deliver Ambulatory Care Delivery Solution i.e Azure cloud based multi tenant app
Essential Responsibilities: The person holding this position will be responsible for: •Work closely with cross-functional teams in understanding product requirements and Architecture of the product •Design and develop test automation script for web services •Design and develop test automation scripts for web application •Ensuring quality of the product through testing •Integration and System test case execution; analyze test results •Ensure quality standards and procedures are applied to ensure high quality deliverable
Qualifications/Requirements: •B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree •Hands on experience in test automation for large scale enterprise cloud based applications •5 to 6 years of work experience in software development and test automation •Strong testing/design principles, BDD principles and knowledge on test methodology •Experience in developing BDD test automation suite using BDD, C#.NET and Selenium •Hands on experience in writing SQL queries •Understanding of software development life cycle and object oriented methodologies •Sound software testing methodology/processes and Agile practices. •Experience working in multiple development environments and with a variety of operating systems especially Windows •Experience Installing and configuring software, testing environments – both physical and virtual. •Knowledgeable in Azure, Healthcare domain, HL7, XML, SQL Server •Self-motivated and team player •Current knowledge of software testing best practices
