Role Summary: Responsible for managing process improvement, data consolidation, analysis, provoking the integration between areas preventing isolated cells impacting the operation. Mentor / train employees and Process Owners on projects and process improvements for important executions that improve tools, processes, productivity, compliance and assisting the culture transformation & Continuous improvement in the organization.
Essential Responsibilities: • Help in the definition of the work team, Sponsor, Team members, Project leaders, etc. • Assist in the prioritization of projects in accordance with the objectives of the company. • Ensure that Risk Management and Change Control works according to the procedure and strategy requirements • Facilitate events and trainings Lean / Fast Works / Kaizen / Workouts / Workshops • Acting as a facilitator in multifunctional meetings assisting in process mapping and construction of performance or management indicators • Use the Project Management and Lean Tools • Ensure the accuracy of the information provided • Define operational mechanisms for both definition and implementation of processes • Maintain and develop relationships with current, new and potential service providers • Overcoming barriers to ensure delivery is made in accordance with the requirements of the Internal and external customers, always fostering the relationship between internal customer and internal supplier • Deliver on time • Develop, measure and report on performance processes and metrics to drive improvements, Based on action plans based on risk assessments • Ensure continuity of the deployed / mapped processes, increasing the maturity level progressively • Keep team and Sponsors informed of results and metrics • Implement and maintain the process management and maturity model throughout the LATAM region • Analysis and application of internal and external customer satisfaction survey results focused on process improvement • Management of the treatment of findings and corrective / preventive actions related to the processes • Develop new solutions or alternatives to make business processes more efficient for the business • Leverage the process maturity level with process owners • Ensure the implementation of the global standards of quality and processes for LATAM • Assist in consolidating the performance indicators of all company processes and presentation to senior management, aiming to prioritize process and business improvements • Management and development of skills of the professionals of the areas • Manage and perform internal audits necessary to maintain process maturity • Leverage and manage improvement projects associated with identified process improvements • Support Change Control process management • Manage the " risk analysis process " • Promote awareness of the process maturity model for all levels of the organization • Manage process optimization • Implement and maintain the process management and maturity model throughout the LATAM region • Analysis and application of internal and external customer satisfaction survey results focused on process improvement • Manage findings treatment through the responsible areas and corrective / preventive actions related to the processes • Develop new solutions or alternatives to make business processes more efficient
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor in Administration, Engineering, Economics or other related degrees Experience working with projects and process management Demonstrated ability to motivate/energize, influence, solve complex problems, and lead Changes at all levels of the organization High "Say / Do ratio" in an environment of high pressure and constant change Availability for national and international travel of up to 25% of the time Proven ability to work in multi-functional, multi-cultural teams Min. 3 years experience working in projects/process improvement in areas of operations, supply chain, commercial within complex organisations Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/local language Analytical and planning skills Knowledge of project and process management tools, facilitation of Meetings and Workouts External focus, entrepreneurial thinker: having the view on the broader picture Ability to find added value solutions for customers Excellent presentation skills High computer skills: Excel, MS-Office, Oracle High level of flexibility and passion/engagement Team working skills Good interpersonal and communication skills
