Role Summary: The intern will get a broad overview of the daily tasks in the HR department. He/she will learn about key HR processes and client group support. The candidate will participate to the development of internal processes in relation to human resources management
Essential Responsibilities: Provide support to key HR processes such as performance development and engagement initiatives Provide support to the HRM in all relevant administrative matters and data accuracy; Provide support in the whole Staffing process partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiting team; Support different HR initiatives and projects to improve the employee value proposition.
Qualifications/Requirements: A Human Resources student Knowledge of HR processes Fluent English speaking and writing Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
