-Lead sales and operations planning of production requirements across the entire Clean Combustion including units, spares and GE-2-GE.

-Interface with Tendering, Engineering, Project Management and Global Supply Chain to build integrated schedules that reflect customer needs and business capability / capacity.  Ensure this master schedule is synchronized and aligned to support project OTD.

-Run the business S&OP meeting to match supply and demand for all products. 

-Represent the Global Supply Chain at ITO discussions on scheduling and planning

-Ensure accurate master production schedule (MPS) is linked between Mfg, sourcing, &

engineering need dates to support build plan are defined.

-Drive advanced order / release process for long lead strategic material to meet delivery requirements.

-Coordinate cross functional capacity & long-term planning for engineering, sourcing & manufacturing to ensure accurate commitment dates are given during the ITO bidding process. 

-Lead the master production schedule for the plants and ensure a consistent handoff of planning information to the production work cells / shops

- Lead capacity requirements planning (CRP) processes by gathering & loading information into planning tools, analyzing data, and providing regular updates to leadership.

- Gather production metrics and periodically report these metrics to leadership

- Report and monitor plant production load and capacity

- Make use of business forecast with easy to access and transparent data & translate into forecast information for sourcing & manufacturing medium/long-term planning.

-Coordinate capacity & long-term planning for both sourcing & manufacturing to ensure accurate delivery dates are given to ITO team during the bidding process.

-Identify long-term Mfg constraints/bottlenecks & coordinate with sourcing & plant manager/materials manager to develop fulfillment plan.
