Responsible for producing engineering deliverables of fluid dynamics necessary for project execution according to schedule and budget

Establish and maintain technical excellence and quality standards in the assigned area.


Tasks & Responsibilities


  • Predict the flow field and particle trajectory in a flue gas cleaning system in order to optimize the system design and guarantee the customer-focused product.
  • Simulate the distributions of flue gas and particles in a pilot model or full-scale plants in different steps with different operating conditions.
  • Predict the flow field in the AQCS products for reference to guarantee the performance and to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Prepare technical report and results demonstrations and coordinate with process engineer, structural engineer and layout engineer for optimal process and system designs.
  • Prepare the technical specification for the physical model test; review the physical model test procedure and report.
  • Conduct the physical model test in the laboratory with experimental tools and scale methods for different types of flue gas control system and cooperate with process engineer to conduct performance test.
  • Other tasks assigned by the discipline manager




     Mandatory (MUST)

·         BS degree in engineering with emphasis in fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, thermos-physics, thermal engineering or chemical engineering

·         >5 years of engineering experience of flow field, heat transfer and practical tracking simulations using CFD tools



    Desirable (NICE TO HAVE)

·         Knowledge of air pollution control system

·         MS or PhD is a plus
