Role Summary:
Responsibility for supporting the day-to-day operational execution of data and related platforms and services. Role ensures the team has the facilities, tools, resources and skills they need to deliver on commitments while tracking ongoing execution and delivery of projects.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Continuously measures data platform and service SLA’s against operational commitments, effectively balancing different, competing objectives. • Supports contingent workers, access, and time tracking. • Beginning to understand the intricacies of interactions and dynamics in Agile teams. • Becoming skilled at various approaches to monitor data platform and service progress via effective information dashboards for operational metrics, defect, quality, change control, and compliance. • Applies compliance policies, precedent and experience to make complex decisions. Takes calculated risks. • Identifies misalignments of technology, processes, and direction against the organizational strategy. Makes suggestions to course correct. • Supports driving the operational strategy for technology, quality strategy and organizational and resource strategy • Proactively learns new tools. Identifies opportunities for improvement and promotes their adoption • Engages positively across multiple teams to establish clarity, vision and mutual trust in order to achieve a business goal.
