Role Summary: Refurbishes and check-out of order, pre-owned, loan, demonstration, or returned by customers’ equipment.
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Perform equipment registrations. 2. Assist with diagnostics, quotations, and parts orders if necessary. 3. Perform equipment repair, check, preparation, and refurbishment (e.g., removal of panel, cleaning, dust removal, complete reassembly of the systems, general test of functioning). 4. Perform follow up and traceability of repair and intervention files. 5. Ensure the establishment of intervention reports (RIT). 6. Follow and apply all EHS rules and procedures existing within GEHC. 7. Assist with EHS activities and programs of the site (e.g., trainings, accident reports) according to the EHS policies within GE.
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. 1. Deep knowledge or expertise in electronics, pneumatics and IT, training and/or experience in biomedical/ultrasound maintenance. 2. Service and relationship sense. 3. Ability to operate autonomously.
