Role Summary:
We are looking for a Product Manager to work with key Artificial Intelligence(AI), Deep Learning(DL) Clinical Partnership accounts to drive the partnership outcome, all aspects of governance and engagement execution. This individual will work with customer clinical data scientists and interface with internal GE software and data science teams to deliver high quality software in a fast paced, challenging, and creative environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Build product plan as to support SOW(s) and be responsible for customer and internal development to deliver against product plan
  • Drive day to day technical activities at customer site partnering with customer technical resources
  • Publish GE standards to customer ensuring work done at customer site meets requirements of integration into GE software for deployment and scale
  • Owns the technical and user product specification for the feature(s) area, including defining the stories and acceptance criteria for the epics of the feature area(s)
  • Work closely with software engineering and customer engagement teams to resolve technical and logistic issues
  • Work with customer engagement, product management and technical leads to translate solution concepts into specific technical deliverables and integrations
  • Define tasks priorities and drive release and sprint planning based on priorities
  • Develop and manage product backlog to ensure deliverable to meet schedules and milestones
  • Lead and drive process change and improvement
  • Foresee risks and create risk management solutions as appropriate
  • Correctly represent the urgency of issues and communicate and escalate issues appropriately
  • Proactively capture, track and drive all issues to closure
  • Regularly communicate the project status stakeholders and customers

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent. MS is desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Project/Program/Development of software products

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Strong technical background and experience in driving releasing software cross-functional teams
  • Experience in developing and releasing software using Agile methodology
  • Prior experience in Healthcare in technical product management and or engineering roles.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen

    Desired Characteristics:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Product Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Degree in Medical Informatics
  • Degree and practice in a clinical discipline
  • 8+ years’ experience in product management, product development or related field
  • Deep Product Management/Marketing expertise, including: market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, requirements, product life-cycle management,
  • Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen
  • Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
  • Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to work globally
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers
