Essential Responsibilities:
Enhance customer experience by using technologies to further upgrade official website and other digital initiatives
• Building new website/ H5 pages: manage external website IT developer to make sure digital marketing team deliver new website that satisfied all internal and external stakeholders
• Website analytics: use digital tools to evaluate website performance; effectively guide Life Sciences business to successfully bridge key information to customers

Identify business opportunities to help drive growth and help business stay connected with key accounts
• Customer engagement automation (CRM): track sales leads from all digital platform, distribute qualified sales leads to sales managers; conduct weekly and monthly analysis report on leads conversion rate, leads quality and leads performance; and help launch a new leads tracking system on SFDC with Bio Process team
• Manage offline campaign rhythms: mange pre-, during-, after- event performance to help business see through the ROI process; familiar with digital tools, ie: EDM tool – Marketo, leads collection tool – SFDC, wechat and H5 editing tools etc

Create new ideas to actively engage customers and spread out GE’s messages
• Digital tools development: help generate, create and polish digital contents to publish product related news and knowledge on various channels including official website, wechat and other external portals. Work in a matrix organization and liaison among product manager, marketing manager and digital marketing team to effective communicate with multiple parties
• Routine digital work: host webinars (online learning seminars), wechat seminars together with both internal stakeholders and external creative agency; always add new ideas and digital solutions to different routine events

Use insights to help guide business make wiser decisions and create direct impact
• Digital marketing intelligence: collect, analyze data from different channels to make monthly update on digital performance; give feedback and further improvement suggestion to product manager and field marketing managers; and help conduct quarterly training on new digital trends to all employees

• Bachelor or master degree in marketing related field
• Strong project management skills
• Fast leaner, very positive, eager to learn new things and are willing to improve yourself
• Familiar with Photoshop, video edit tools and other digital tools
• 3 years working experience
