The Graduate Management Program (GMP) is a 12 month program that prepares recent degree qualified graduates for a successful career in their chosen discipline. The GMP for this particular program will be put into a training schedule that will qualify them as Process Quality Engineer by the end of the 12 months
Establish contractual quality plans in ITO and OTR
Implement project specific quality plans and other project specific documents, submit for approval and transfer to customers according contractual requirements
Implement all other planned quality assurance and quality control activities
Support project organization metrics reporting and data analysis across Americas Projects
Investigate and solve customer complains concerning quality issues
Leading defect reduction projects and working inclusively with GE internal functions and vendors to resolve project quality issues immediately with satisfaction.
Ensure timeliness of contractual deliverables
When required, properly train, instruct and/or control vendors or sub-contractors quality plan / program and personnel for the success of the project
Issue & review project lessons learned with the project team
Lead quality initiatives and COQ reduction projects in the region
Conducting assigned audits and developing effective CAPA plans
Supporting training activities for new employees
Fresh graduates (maximum of 2 years’ experience).
• BS Engineering – Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical or related engineering back ground preferred (minimum 3.0 GPA)
• Active listener with good communication skills in English.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive with high level of integrity.
