Role Summary:
The Inquiry to Order (ITO) Data Analyst is responsible for leading the efforts to drive operational excellence in Territory Management (TM) and Salesforce.com (SFDC) platforms for GE Healthcare USCAN. In addition, this role will serve as the functional subject matter expert on assigned application systems. This position will play a critical role providing tactical customer support and be responsible for accurate account alignment and data quality in all Customer Relationship Management tools.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Manages all aspects of Territory Management, account set-ups for users and account coverage changes
• Liaise with our internal customers to support territory inquiries - case creation, account coverage, license management, data quality, data loading and linkage between SFDC and other tools
• Act as subject matter expert for assigned area processes and supporting application(s) functionality and liaison for field Sales support across all P&L’s
• Performs data analysis utilizing MS Office Excel
• Works closely with the territory design teams and functional teams to ensure accurate data flows between all the systems
• Collaborates across the ITO business matrix and functional teams to help our internal customers resolve their issues and communicates appropriately
• Help conduct quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Audits
• Support month end and quarter close activities
• Engage in system testing efforts to support changes, enhancements and new deployments of TM, SFDC, CPQ and other supported platforms

• Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
• Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
• Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time.
• High level of telephone and customer care skills
• Time Management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision
• Fluent English

Desired Characteristics:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (V-look ups, pivot tables)
• Strong aptitude and attention to detail for data quality with the ability to troubleshoot when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills an ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Prior business process improvement experience
• Ability to work with a cross-functional team and interface and influence at all levels in the organization
• Coordinate efforts in line with the “bigger picture” and demonstrated history resolving conflicts in priority
• Ability to work and relate with sales and technical teams. Customer satisfaction oriented
• Work at the Research Park location
• Able to stretch to gain aptitude in multiple tools...go horizontal to help where needed
• Strong team player with high level of resourcefulness, flexibility, energy, and enthusiasm
• Previous SalesForce.com and/or Sale Workbench experience including proficiency in Chatter
• Lean, Six Sigma or Fast Works experience…passionate about Simplification
• Experience in Healthcare industry
• Experience in Territory Management
• Flexible to changing work environment and ability to adapt
