Role Summary: This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for execution and driving transformation in the way we goes to market for brand, product & commercial marketing activation. Oversee the creation & deployment of brand, product, service & solutions revenue marketing programs and their associated content, media, budget management & impact measurement. Responsible for the development and implementation of new process, tools, and training, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.
Essential Responsibilities: • Drive measurable commercial outcomes that matter to customers and key stakeholders • Build global and region/pole marketing communications campaign and program execution structure and team • Establish Content production and management capability, ensuring efficient and impactful global and localized use and reuse of content and creative across geographies and the marketing mix. • Build and maintain GE Healthcare’s web presence digital storefront integrated with marketing automation (Marketo). Drive traffic and usage both in campaigns and as the external face of our Digital Thread including revenue marketing, e-commerce, customer self-service and our Digital offerings. • Interlock with marketing leaders to define marketing priorities, programs, campaigns and budgets • Execute marketing programs and campaigns, leveraging the full and appropriate marketing mix, with emphasis on digital execution including an integrated “digital wrap” of offline marketing tactics. • Manage global marketing and media budgets in line with program and campaign priorities. Establish clear budget management and impact measurement including reports/dashboards that enable ROI tracking and agile tactic adjustment. • Develop, implement and maintain marketing tools, processes and training to enable and continually upgrade people and organizational capability and impact.

Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field 2. 10+ years of experience in marketing communications and execution. 3. A proven track record of multi-tactic but digitally oriented marketing campaign execution and impact in a diverse global B2B environment 4. Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional global teams, multiple levels (including executive level) and outside vendors 5. Ability to influence, make recommendations and drive change at all levels of the company 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 7. Proven track record of delivery to tight budgets and timelines 8. Strong analytical and process skills 9. Innovative mindset
Desired Characteristics: 1. MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing 2. 15+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising or a related field 3. Healthcare product/industry acumen 4. In-depth knowledge of healthcare product offerings and commercial processes
