Role Summary:
Preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Positions requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

Essential Responsibilities:
 This role will partner with Product and Configured Solutions key stakeholders including sales, marketing, product line and communications to define and execute metrics-driven commercial initiatives.
 This role will report to Asia Marketing Leader and also dot line report to global field marketing leader.
 Develop deep understanding of local customer, competitor and industry dynamics to identify and prioritize product/offering differentiation points and customer needs for business.
 Design and execute demand creation through direct and indirect marketing activities (campaigns, promotions) to acquire new customers, grow the existing portfolio, generate new pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities already in pipeline, ensuring that all such activity is closely aligned to Sales priorities in the region.
 Create account-based marketing strategies and support joint sales calls for select key accounts.
 Translate and localize segment/product content into meaningful messaging. Capture and develop delivered customer outcomes and wins into external content and references for commercial team.
 Capture market and customer insights through VOC, data and analytics to optimize the effectiveness of the sales & marketing team in region.

Qualifications/Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
 Minimum of 5 years of experiences in electric or automation business
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and/or product management
 Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English;
 Outgoing personality, ability to build rapport quickly;
 Self-motivation
