Role Summary:
Drive the probe repair globalization initiative to enable revenue and margin growth opportunities. Lead multiple repair transfer projects from the Probe Repair CoE in USCAN to other regions. Support capability expansion, volume increases, and other operational needs at existing global probe repair depots. Own timely completion of transfer milestones, coordination of stakeholder contributions and approvals, and reports of progress and key metrics to Ultrasound Service Leadership.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Develop a detailed project plan with cross-functional inputs, identify the project core team and drive timely execution.
• Complete stakeholder analysis for every transfer project to gain regional service buy-in on the business case to ensure commitment of resources and execution timelines.
• Employ efficient project management tools and templates to create rigor and progress visibility. Develop a globalization dashboard for the service leadership team.
• Ensure all transfer program related documents meet QARA requirements.
• Manage risk in the program timeline. Be accountable for timely communication of risks and own risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with the core integration team to manage key dependencies like such as repair process qualification, and pitching resource allocation, etc.
• Work with service finance to record and report repair localization benefits on a regular basis. Support improvements in efficiency, standardization, and scale across repair depots.
• Work with the Probe Repair CoE and the region service teams to set, monitor, and remediate (as necessary) project deliverables.
• Identify new repair development opportunities by working closely with the regional service teams. Help with the creation of business case to fund development of new repair capabilities at the CoE.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering/Technology or related field
• 5+ years progressive experience in programs, technology, operations, or service
• Business acumen and ability to influence a team to drive towards a common goal.
• Proven track record driving teams to deliver on business and program goals
• Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment; must be responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels of the organization; able to energize and inspire
• Collaborative; team player able to work closely with global service and region service teams; open to sharing information and best practices with the team
