Role Summary: Sales Support Specialist main responsibilities includes to support different GE businesses with new commercial shared services demand and identify opportunities for Global Operations. A specialist is also responsible for manage pilots or permanent services implementation – define & analyze project scope, design catcher model, build, test, deploy, control and stabilize activities migrations.
Essential Responsibilities: Sales Support Specialist will generally be provided with day to day operational goals;
Meet appropriate and realistic targets set by leadership to enable the business to grow significantly quarter on quarter;
Establish and maintain communication with main stakeholders;
Work in very close daily cooperation with business partners;
Work for process optimization;
Adhere to operational process which ensures compliance with US and other national governmental regulatory requirements. Follow GE’s Spirit and Letter operating guidance, and other GE process quality workflows which define work methodology and process.
Qualifications/Requirements: Qualification from an accredited university; 2 years of experience in commercial operations or sales area. Good understanding of the ITO and OTR process; Customer satisfaction oriented; Results oriented; Intermediate Spanish; Fluent English.
