Role Summary:
Perform the design and engineering of electrical facilities for HV substation for utility and industry.
Support the sales team at the tender stage for getting order of HV substation project.
Execute project management of HV substation projects in Japan.
Technical presentation of HV substation technology and products to customers.

Essential Responsibilities:
Be responsible for HV substation project as project manager.

Bachelor degree (Engineering).
5+ year experience of electrical/control engineering and/or project management of HV substation.
Fluent in Japanese and English.
Teamwork, communication skills, and leadership.
IT literacy - MS Office.
Willing to travel in Japan and overseas.
Willing to explore and challenge new products and markets for transmission grid business.

Desired Characteristics:
5+ year experience with power electronics such as HVDC or FACTS.
5+ year experience with quality management.
5+ year experience with SCADA and/or communication system
Strong background with HV electrical manufacturing or utility.
Familiar with the Japanese codes (JEC, JIS, JEM, etc.) and the METI regulation as well as IEC.
IT literacy - AutoCAD, MS-Project and Oracle Primavera.
