Role Summary:
The IT Intern will be working in the IT Infrastructure department supporting Client services. During the time of internship, the Intern will be assigned tasks and responsibilities to support operational activities and projects within the specific function.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist the end user satisfaction, simplification initiatives.
• Support the IT Infrastructure team in managing processes related to our daily operations including end user support and asset management
• Analyse & investigate recurring issues to understand potential root causes and define actions to eliminate problems before they occur
• Analyse scope of current end user services and define best fit approach based on user satisfaction and cost efficiency
• Document and maintain appropriate knowledge-sharing library
• Organize and run training or information sessions about new processes or specific issues
• Cooperate and collaborate with relevant IT Infrastructure teams globally
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager


Qualifications/Requirements:
• Ongoing University/ college degree
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Good interpersonal, communication and team skills
• Well organized, dedicated and focused
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong MS Excel skills
