Role Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, executing and leading regional/local strategies and initiatives such as quality and speed, local strategy throughout FPT Japan Services organization
- Responsible to increase productivity and efficiency, and deliver continuous improvement on key Services metrics
- Lead to work cross functionally in order to expand the local footprint of Services capability and grow the market penetration
- Interact with the global / regional leadership team and lead global/regional initiatives to align Japan Service organization to the strategies
- Drive metrics designed to track critical aspects of Services business
- Create business opportunities for Services
- Overall business management duties for assigned field service engineers
- Lead efforts to ensure Customer Service excellence for assigned customers
- Implement Operation Safety Policy instructions and conduct fieldwork in Compliance with all EHS applicable regulations and employee safety practices
- Conduct Customer Site Safety Audits and EHS/Safety Field Inspections on behalf of Service Managers
- Ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership and compliance

- Engineering degree or equivalent
- 10 years experience in technical
- Min 5 years experience in Services
- Proven track record in the services operation. Minimum of 5 years of Field Services experience
- Strong business acumen and commercial savvy
- Knowledge and expertise in the industry
- Proven leadership effectiveness to develop team, create and communicate business vision clearly, lead and execute business strategies, leverage knowledge of operational management techniques and financial data
- Influencing skills with passion and tenacity to maximize team performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels of organization and to external customers
- Exceptionally strong customer service mindset
- Ability to communicate in English both in written manner and verbal manner with regional/global teams and key stakeholders
