Role Summary: The Quality Engineer plays an integral role to ensure that all the customer requirements are met and the resulting product is the highest quality possible.
Constantly monitor quality data using statistical process control processes.
Using the control charts and Pareto charts to identify any quality issues and put fixes in place to reduce waste and scrap due to poor quality products.
Utilize problem solving methodology to identify root cause and improve the production process and prevent future quality issues; determine corrective, preventive actions, coordinate procedure plans.
Support new product introduction processes.
Create quality process related documents.
Engineering educational background
Significant relevant experience in a similar role
Professional English and Hungarian proficiency
Project management knowledge
Quality tools knowledge,
Computer user knowledge
Quick problem solving skills, process approach, good communication skills, open mind for handling and driving changes
