Role Summary: The MICT Global A&P Manager will support the A&P Director in successfully developing/executing Marketing Communications strategies/tactics that support prioritized Global Growth Programs for the business. Working closely with Global and Regional Marketing Managers, as well as external agencies and shared services team, this manager will deliver creative tools/materials to both externally promote new products and business initiatives and better enable sales execution to drive market acceptance.
Essential Responsibilities: • Lead Global A&P tactical execution efforts for sales enablement tools and advertising/promotional materials • Manage planning/execution efforts for MICT’s participation at both RSNA and SNMMI • Oversee project management of bi-annual creation of MICT Clarity Magazine, working closely with internal Editorial Board & external vendor • Ensure organized and accessible repository of all A&P materials and communication of established and proper deployment processes for global content to region marketing and sales teams • Evaluate programs and report their performance to marketing • Collaborate with Central/Corp Marketing Communications teams to ensure adherence to and understanding of GEHC brand standards, guidelines and templates

Qualifications/Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in advertising or marketing communications or related field. • Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross functional global teams, multiple levels (including executive level) and outside vendors. • Ability to influence, make recommendations and drive change at all levels of the company. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. • Proven track record of delivery to tight budgets and timelines. • Strong analytical and process skills. • Excellent knowledge of integrated communications strategy and the Marketing Mix (Print, Digital, Events)
