Role Summary:
O&G MENAT Algesco IT Site Lead will deliver business solution support including the backbone Oracle ERP Oscar R12 and shared services, Process Improvements/simplification/adoption, in addition they will ensure infrastructure support/maintenance/extension, furthermore they should lead helpdesk support and IT park management, at the end they should deliver with MENAT/TMS headquarter the new IT initiatives/projects for Algesco

Essential Responsibilities:
O&G MENAT Algesco IT Site Lead should have ability to handle complex business scenarios to drive improved process decisions and IT enable them through creative fastworks solutions. The candidate should be a solutions expert capable of rolling up sleeves and delivering solutions hands on.

• Serve as the Oracle Applications site point of contact. Should have expertise on Supply Chain/Finance Oracle modules
• Demonstrate Supply Chain excellence and provide strategic inputs to MENAT/TMS leadership on solutions and process improvements
• Partner with MENAT/TMS business leadership to identify improvement areas and drive IT strategy for best-in-class solution delivery
• Partner with MENAT/TMS regional Buy 2 pay and Sourcing stakeholders to drive wing to wing solutions
• Serve a change agent to drive both process improvements and solution delivery
• Drive in-sourcing by serving as a functional expert in Oracle delivery projects from inception to delivery
• Develop partnership with site managers and cell leaders to adopt best in class machine maintenance, labor vouchering and Time/Attendance tools to automate shop floor operations
• Enable wing to wing business transformation including Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Repair and field services
• Collaborate with O&G MENAT/TMS HQ teams of Blueprint and Oracle Solution Center team to deliver ERP optimizations, process alignment and standardization
• Drive requirements gathering, setups, user testing cycles, data conversions and user training
• Maintain project documentation including requirements, conceptual design, test plans, schedules and presentations
• Drive reports and dashboards adoption and training
• Define scope of work for GDC partners to help the business team in driving quick resolution to critical issues
• Maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization
• Create, communicate, and manage project plans, enhancement requests and support issues
• Provide Go-Live support to expedite resolution for key issues
• Excellent working knowledge on business processes and information systems adoption/simplification/improvement
• Drive the infrastructure maintenance, extension and support for both sites Algesco and Hassi messaoud (Internet connectivity, GE Network, LAN, telepresence, server)
• Lead the Helpdesk activities ensuring timely support for all Algesco employees including the remote people (Field service…)
• Manage IT material park for the entire life cycle in term of supply, assignment, tracking, refresh and reform

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with a minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing / supporting Oracle Applications
• Hands on expertise in Oracle implementation/rollouts
• Experience in Infrastructure and helpdesk management
• Prior experience working in a matrix environment
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from design through deployment
• Good written and verbal communications skills (French and English)

Desired Characteristics:
• Experience on shop improvements and master scheduling
• Shop floor and planning experience will be a plus
• Capable of Analytics/measuring KPIs ; Excel based analysis
• Process expert ; Prior experience doing Lean or Six Sigma Process is a plus
• Functional knowledge of Oracle supply chain modules like WIP, BOM, Inventory, Purchasing & ASCP
• CPIM certified
• PMP certified
• LSS Green belt certified
• Strong and proven project management expertise
• Strong influencing skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment
