Role Summary:
Oversees all Regional operations. Drives operational execution and achievement of business metrics, cash collection management, and Field Engineer (FE) productivity. Pivots between headquarters and FE’s to ensure efficient and successful operations. This position will support the Northeast and will be located within that region (Chesapeake, New England, New York, Philadelphia) or Wisconsin.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Support Senior Operations Manager and LCS Leaders as needed. 2.Provide strategic leadership on deployment and support strategies. 3. Develop metrics on field service profitability and resource models to maximize productivity. 4. Take ownership of assigned area’s operational strategies including partnering with LCS Leaders in productivity, financial and field program. 5. Lead and develop infrastructure/backroom in support of technical requirements. 6. Assist in VCP processes and targets for the business. 7. Maintain financial actions (e.g., Cash, Past Dues) and consistently follow up. 8. Maintain service inventory records (e.g., Field, Depot repair, Warehouse).

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study and a minimum five years’ experience in an operations leadership role or equivalent experience of a minimum seven years in Healthcare IT and/or Service. 2. Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate cross functional teams to achieve business goals. 3. Strong business acumen, including a strong financial background and analytical mindset. 4. Profit and Loss (P&L) exposure. 5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with FE’s and customers at all levels. 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 2. Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines. 3. Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization. 4. Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization. 5. Ensure timely dispatch closure. 6. Ensure completion of all field modification instructions (FMI’s) within prescribed timeline. 7. Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.

Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or an area of expertise. 6. Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
