Role Summary: The Vandalia Production Training Administrator position will support managers and hourly employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and planning within assigned area.
Essential Responsibilities: Maintain all training procedures, documents, and forms Conduct IPC, special processes training and certification classes for all hourly personnel Establish training curriculum, standards and cadence for technical skill set development for production roles. Partner with key technical resources across the production floor to develop comprehensive training material, documentation and standards. Organize and facilitate site wide production training standards across the hourly population Assist QE’s & M.E’s with development of specialized training requirements. Partner in the roll out of Operator Verification Program across the site in addition to establish and deliver on monthly internal audits on the production floor to monitor for compliance and effectiveness of training and certification. Communicate and partner with production leadership team on highlighting training requirements and metrics to ensure for compliance and execution to training goals across production cells. Perform semi-routine internal audits of skill sets to assess training needs and re-certifications requirements across the site.
Qualifications/Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in a role within a production, manufacturing specialist or technical specialist role. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a cross functional team (including hourly team members, leadership representatives, engineer’s and other supporting functions). Minimum of High School Diploma/GED.
