Provide In-depth technical support to key customers in Japan (help customer to choose right power supply; solve application problems at customer side during prototyping; pilot run and mass production); 2. Focus on new design-in opportunities; Follow up closely of customer visits with potential projects; 3. hunting the new applications for existing products and new product developments. 4. Work together with sales to make regular customer visits, establish and maintain good customer relationships; 5. Follow up quality complaints from customer together with quality team, find out the possible root cause of failure by possible means; 6. Conduct regular technical seminar at various customers;
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in power electronics, Master’s degree is preferred At least 4 years’ design or application work experience in power electronics - high frequency switching mode power supply Familiar with normal AC/DC, DC-DC topology, specification items, test & qualification standards. Good technical presentation and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Good interpersonal skill to work well with customers and internal teams. Teamwork and hard-working. Willing to travel in short time
