Role Summary: As the Senior Finance Manager - Cash Flow Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for GE Power. As a senior level manager, you will require in-depth understanding of the Power industry and businesses, and a good understanding of supply chain operations and commercial markets.
Essential Responsibilities: - Lead the FP&A reporting and budgeting processes for the GE Power Cash Flow statement - Analyze and report on business operating activities, investing activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall change in cash-flow for a defined period - Serve as a functional Subject Matter Expert for Power HQ Cash FP&A processes - Organize knowledge sharing to convey information about new approaches and best practices in cash management - Regularly advise Power and Corporate senior leadership on cash performance and lever to improve cash results - Lead global teams working on strategic functional or cross-functional Initiatives - Drive cash initiatives across the businesses in the areas of Factoring, Past Due collections, Suppliers payments terms, Cash Tax, Capital Expenditures strategy, etc. - Act as a key reference point for the implementation of the Enterprise Standard Chart of Accounts, HFM and PowerMax for the Cash Flow statement - Lead consolidation of Alstom and Legacy GE cash reporting and analysis - Coach Tier1 Cash Analysts on planning and cash analytics - Partner with Tier1s and external consultants on Inventory and AP projects to drive working capital improvement - Manage LPB and FMP to aid in delivering Power cash goals
Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Operational Finance, Controllership and FP&A
