The deal will be subject to customary closing conditions such as regulatory review and appropriate consultation and we expect this to be complete by mid-2017. Water & Process Technologies will operate business as usual through this process and will continue to meet its commitments to its valued customers and employees. This includes hiring strong talent to help the business grow and be successful. GE is targeting to complete the sale of the business by mid-2017.

Role Summary: In this role the Senior Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for working with the Finance staff, and their operational partners to manage and execute on global process improvements where systems meet the processes. Strong focus will be placed on the integration of the SAP ERP data for transactional and reporting needs.
Essential Responsibilities: In this role, the Senior Process Improvement Manager will need to drive the process changes in complex operational environments while developing future processes that are lean, efficient, and effective in accomplishing customer goals / requirements.
In addition, you will:
Review and analysis of multiple functions affected by system changes in the environment
Work with functional leaders to develop the plan and commitment to manage project cost, resources, and timing of execution
Develop clear path to execution with the assistance of Global Council members
Support the external customer in maintaining operational excellence during project execution phase
Manage project resources, tasks and costs to bring projects in on time and within budget
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10 years of SAP system and process experience across multiple modules including finance, controlling, material management, production planning, and sales & distribution
Minimum of 5 years of experience using Tableau or other Data warehouse solutions
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, solution implementation, and testing and validation
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (e.g.. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Solid understanding of Finance, Treasury and Controlling modules
Good understanding of functional linkages across operational functions (Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Management)
Demonstrated presentation skills with the ability assist others to gain clear understanding of expected outcomes and knowledge transfer
Executive presence, with ability to communicate and influence cross-matrix and at all organizational levels
Excellent communication skills – analytical, written & verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, collaboration, etc.
Experience with and knowledge of industry-standard change leadership / management principles, methodologies, and tools
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Flexible, resilient, and tenacious; results-driven
Demonstrated ability to execute against multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity
Experience in leading mission based teams to accomplish strategic goals
MBA or other advanced degree
Six Sigma MBB or Black Belt or equivalent quality certification
