Role Summary:
Finance ERP Maintenance Manager will be a key position in FSR&T Global COE to drive governance and operational excellence of ERP ecosystems across GE Healthcare. Responsibilities include driving consistency in ERP configuration, optimizing usage of ERPs and leading quarter close and period end activities including year-end roll over on multiple ERPs.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Drive Finance Systems operational excellence experience on ERP ecosystems
• Own systems setups & Configuration activities across ERPs
• Establish governance around ERP usage and ensure compliance and consistency
• Lead global standardization and data governance efforts
• Develop and maintain offshore resource teams necessary to drive activities associated with this position
• Automation of repeatable, high volume activities to eliminate manual work and generate productivity
• Work closely with various support teams to root cause and fix long standing/ recurring systems issues
• Systems lead around controllership related activities including LE mergers and acquisition integration
• Strengthen system and process Lean and optimization activities directed towards improved productivity and/or system performance. Leverage global systems team for optimal output.
• Establish strong linkages with Global Operations Finance hubs in providing end user support

• Chartered Accountant/ MBA from a reputed institute with 10+ years of Finance IT work experience
• Data governance experience in ERP environment
• Strong process & systems expertise with hands on experience
• Proven influencing skills across business functions

Desired Characteristics:
• Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Business Reporting tools knowledge such as usage of Business Objects, Hyperion, OBIEE
• Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas
• Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing
• Adaptable/flexible: being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
• Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
• Basic understanding of financial compliance: SOX, GAAP
• Experience working in a matrixed environment
• Trained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as LEAN or Six Sigma
• Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flow
