Role Summary:
This role is responsible for wing to wing standard recruitment process for hourly employees, including but not limited to compliant job postings, job launch, sourcing, phone screens, in person interview, group dynamics, collective interview, candidate assessments, candidate tracking and status updates, interview feedback, conveying compensation expectations and candidate experience.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage “wing to wing” hourly recruiting activity, predominantly a mix of external hires and internal moves (Stakeholders include Talent Recruitment team members, specific Hiring Managers, relevant HR counterparts, HR Operations and all candidates)
• Create attractive & compliant internal and external job postings
• Search suitable recruitment alternatives for different hourly profiles
• Participate in job launch meeting with Hiring Manager/Human Resource Manager, set process & communication expectations
• Utilize sourcing channel, leverage job boards, social media and others suitable medias as needed
• Use active candidate pipeline to identify top talent for your specific job requisitions and track through Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Collect required documentation for screening
• Conduct in person interviews and evaluate candidates to qualify them for the role
• Qualify candidates using the available job description information, references, technical screens and test sources
• Use job launch and interview assessment forms
• Ensure all GE compliance rules are followed throughout the process
• Support Hiring Manager in practical tests and assess candidates
• Manage verbal offer process
• Follow up on satisfaction surveys (both Hiring Manager & Candidate) & take action on feedback to improve the customer experience

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (mainly in Psychology or Business Administration)
• Relevant experience recruiting hourly employees in industrial segment
• Availability for short trips to conduct field recruiting

• English highly desirable & Spanish a plus
