Works with functional process owners to translate and prioritize requirements to define, build and maintain Industrial Finance Leasing’s future platform. Responsible for translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications and managing requests for changes to the specifications. Responsible for day-to-day technical ownership of key applications (FiWare) and development teams within the Industrial Finance ecosystem. Essential Responsibilities: Together with architect & stakeholders, determines which business requirements will be automated and how they are integrated with other business and technical processes.
Responsible for Operations, Tax & Finance products and projects.
Liaison with shared GE application teams and software vendors to deliver high quality products.
Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products.
Shows increasing understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the final product.
Routinely collaborates with UX Design to know customers and understand behaviors.
Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and demonstrates ability to influence customers and product managers through persuasion and influencing. Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
Engages development teams to effectively deliver solutions to address these problems and needs.
Collaborates with user communities to verify solution delivery from development teams.
