Role Summary:
This role is responsible for activities related to the successful delivery of a class. This role will manage the printed student material and class paperwork processes, manage classroom supplies, provide support for customer and field engineer classes held off-site, procure resources as needed, drive process improvement, and work closely with internal teams, students, instructors, customers, and suppliers.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Manage classroom readiness: Manage process to ensure printed/electronic resources needed for current and future classes for both onsite and remote location classes. Establish processes, proof drafts, build and manage content library, manage inventory of printed books and forecast print needs, request shipment of student material, and process invoice for payment. Support instructors with any special classroom needs.
2. Manage simplification and VCP projects around printed/electronic resources both internally and externally driven. Drive continuous improvement processes and SOPs via simplification, standardization, and best practice sharing.
3. Drive Management of Change process for equipment install/deinstall and drive action items to on-time closure. Follow established processes for the purchase, installation, maintenance, and removal of equipment.
4. Manage FE remote Procare and CardioCap courses. Communicate with students, ship equipment, manage equipment inventory and coordinate repair of broken equipment.
5. Develop reference guide containing such things as: SOPs, check lists, material handling, logistics, and report mechanisms.
6. Establish metrics and key performance indicators. Advise management of any risks, concerns, or issues; what’s working well, what areas could use improvement as well as mitigation recommendations.
7. Work in collaboration with Student Services team, instructors, training coordinators, instructional designer, printer, suppliers, customer site POCs, and global region training leaders.
8. Cross train to provide coverage for other team members.
9. Provide support and coverage for multivendor operations and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
3. Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum two years of experience (or equivalent)
2. Demonstrated ability to innovate and digitize processes.
3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple functions and levels within the business.

• Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment.

• Ability to foresee potential operational conflict and diffuse with alternative solutions
• Experience in a training environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with an audience of various levels of understanding. Ensure a complete and accurate transfer of information.
