Role Summary: As a Staff Lifecycle Operations Engineer, you are responsible for operational management of the facilities located in Buckhead GA and delivering continuous availability for GE services hosted in this location. You will focus on ensuring GE compliance to standards process essential to this site. You will also work with a global team to develop enterprise wide processes and procedures that guarantee consistent service is delivered in the data center environment.
Day to day building and office operational functions.
Provide strong leadership to the building maintenance team.
Focus on office security and crisis management.
Hold team accountable for delivering solutions to customer.
Implement industry best practices while focusing on productivity and optimization of Infrastructure.
Engage, leverage, and drive simplified processes.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content.
Must be able to work in high stress situations and provide support a 24x7 team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information management or other technical IT field. OR in lieu of a degree: a HS diploma/GED and a minimum 5 years of IT experience or equivalent military experience/ training
Minimum 5 years of experience working in a large-scale IT environment. Including vendor performance management, ITIL process usage, relationship management, change management and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Must be willing to work out of Atlanta or Alpharetta
