Role Summary:
Position is primary point of contact for client group leaders, provides expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and change management, strategic coaching, talent assessment and development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational design. Role is critical in developing and executing HR strategy in support of client’s business objectives and is a connected partner for business leaders. Typically supports a client group of 1000+ employees with high complexity.

Essential Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with client managers to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives
2. Partner with client managers to develop and embed a contemporary organizational culture, and leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving broad change
3. Act as an organizational coach, who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with clients to maximize team performance
4. Strategically collaborate with client managers to design and implement the most effective organizational structures
5. Provide timely, effective and direct coaching to client group managers, assisting in the development of world class, contemporary leadership skills
6. Manage professional-level HR team members as appropriate
7. Provide strategic coaching to key employees as related to succession planning, career path development, and performance management
8. Lead talent assessment in the organization, identifying key employee strengths and development needs in order to select, retain and develop key talent
9. Lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines for mentoring, training, etc.
10. Lead client groups through critical HR operating rhythms such as Session C, salary planning and performance management, leveraging assistance from the HRM as appropriate
11. Develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain strong and diverse talent
12. Work with leaders and employees to create a positive and engaging work environment
13. Partner with HR Managers/Generalists, assigning and delegating fundamental HR activities in order to focus on strategic organizational and employee development strategies
14. Provide HR Managers/Generalists with appropriate coaching, mentoring and development

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
2. Minimum of 7 years of previous experience in a variety of Human Resource positions with increasing scope
3. Demonstrated experience in making strategic HR decisions, assessing leadership talent and effectively interfacing with high-level business and operations leaders
4. Broad and comprehensive understanding of HR concepts and principles gained through formal education and substantial work experience
5. Developed (oral and written) communication and diplomacy skill set with the ability to negotiate and influence at a high level both internally and externally

1. Advanced Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related field
2. HRLP (Human Resources Leadership Program) graduate
3. Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to assess complex situations using multiple sources of information
4. Coaching and leadership assessment experience
5. Strategic mindset and strong business acumen including an understanding of customer and commercial strategies
6. Ability to work in changing environments, see through complexity and strategically promote an inclusive/diverse workforce
7. Experience leading, energizing and managing HR related work & people in a complex, matrixed, goal-driven environment
8. Demonstrated ability to drive the HR strategic agenda using knowledge of the organization and its employees
9. Capable of handling multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing to completion
10. Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, high performance work environment and team- oriented culture
11. Excellent collaboration, influencing, project management, organizational and change agent skills
12. Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
13. Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
