Role Summary: This position is the Oil & Gas Supply Chain Finance Manager for Indonesia. This position demonstrates finance leadership across the entire plant for all all sub-businesses in Indonesia - Subsea Systems & Drilling (SS&D), Turbo Machinery (TMS) & Surface (at the moment).
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Responsible alongwith plant manager for core plant finance metrics for Batam plant 1. Cost focus - cost control, control cost of quality (scrap, re-work, warranty), manage overall plant liquidation 2. Productivity - manage overall hours and productivity, OCPH (operating cost per hour), support plant manager in ensuring proper vouchering processes are followed 3. Inventory – manage inventory levels, control input & output and optimize inventory levels in the plant, control excess and obsolescence of inventory, ensure proper, effective, right frequency physical counting procedures are in place. Ensure proper cost liquidation procedures are in place. 4. Capital Investment – manage and optimize capital investment in the plant 2. Lead the quarterly and annual planning processes for the plant 3. Partner with the plant operations team to drive process improvements and compliance with policies and local legislation 4. Support building strong controllership processes/ strengthening internal controls, ensure job order tracking, identify gaps in & streamline supply chain processes partnering with the plant/ operations team including but not limited to physical inventory counts 5. Support project critical areas such as local content achievement, support readiness of manufacturing facilities across businesses 6. Responsible for & ensure smooth supply chain closing process in the plant 7. Drive cost productivity & other initiatives/ priorities for Indonesia 8. Work with controllership to resolve plant related sourcing matters 9. Support customer, CAS, KPMG & other audits 10. Perform healthchecks on the Indonesia entities via a robust risk assessment process & ensure mitigation plans are put in place .. ensure accuracy in cost booking, margins. Partner with product line finance managers/ operations to ensure timely customer billing & revenue recognition for the entity.
Qualifications/Requirements: • 5-6 years experience • 2 years + in a similar profile • Bachelors degree or above in accounting • Experience working/leading in a matrix and virtual environment • Attention to details & hungry to drive process improvements • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead a strong team .. experience leading teams preferred
