Role Summary: The Region Product Marketing Manager, Mammography USCAN role identifies and implements BTB and BTC campaigns to engage customers and patients to support a major NPI, leads and implements the marketing strategy for the Mammography portfolio, and provides support to sales teams. In addition, manages SFDC content and delivers training, leads development of promotional tools via engagement with KOLs and thought leaders and owns strategy for national symposia, workshops and congresses
Essential Responsibilities: • Primary owner of a new product launch with significant business impact • Understands customer’s clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought and prioritizes customer segments and business opportunities leading to needs-based segmentation and Go To Market (GTM) plans • Develops regional marketing strategy, value proposition and solutions positioning • Drives the use of market research to identify opportunities and clinical trends, integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning by assessing competitor portfolios and growth strategies • Facilitates innovative total customer offering development to ensure customer success • Collaborates with strategic marketing/other P&Ls on disease state needs & responses • Identifies external resources/partners (including GE Corporate) to contribute to integrated customer solutions • Collates published evidence to support GE Healthcare’s value proposition • Responsible for Marketing sign-off for promotional materials in the geography of responsibility • Works within the Women’s Health segment on the allocation of promotional budget, driving the development of KPIs and tracking of spend

Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 2. 8+ years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field 3. Ability to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy 4. Strong influencing skills 5. Strong clinical background 6. Excellent oral and written communications skills 7. Strong analytical and process skills
Desired Characteristics: 1. MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 2. 10+ years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field, and clinical knowledge of the breast imaging/mammography field 3. Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding 4. Healthcare product/industry acumen 5. Peripheral vision to nurture creative ideas and innovation 6. Prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports 7. Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas 8. Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
