Role Summary:
This role will report to the Global Commercial Leader and will lead the company’s development and implementation of non-core commercial offerings. The role will also identify and pursue opportunities to expand offerings within the GE store and acquisition opportunities.


This role has the potential to be located in other US Cities in addition to Memphis, TN.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing, driving and managing customer relationships for the region.
  • Responsible for developing the strategy and achieving/exceeding growth for regional targets for NI and volume for AMG.
  • Responsible for customer service resolution for AMG in the region.
  • Lead or facilitate all deal negotiations/transactions including buying, selling and structured financing (operating leases, finance leases, loans, etc.) of spare engines, spare parts and associated equipment.
  • Interface with senior airline, MRO and OEM management, other industry players, and GECAS and GEA Sales and Marketing to identify and develop volume transactions related to spare engines, spare parts and associated equipment, and proactively identify product acquisition opportunities.

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Aeronautical Engineering or related discipline, and a minimum of 8 years post qualification experience within the Commercial Aviation Industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years leading a region/function.

  • Operating leasing/structured finance.
  • Finance skills & MBA a plus.
  • Working knowledge of GECAS processes.
