The Sales Developer should be self-considered a Leader within his/her field, it doesn’t matter if it’s not related with the lighting business, but it’s important to be involved in any of the next fields: Mechanical, Electrical, Software programming, Energy Conservation, or similar. He/She will be responsible of bringing to GE Current the Assigned Sales Target number thru the generation of new opportunities in the Industrial Market (any factory within Mexico with a lighting opportunity).
-Responsible of getting both the annual and quarter assigned sales target
-Project based sales
-Sale of energy saving solutions thru the change of LED Luminaires to existing Factories (Retrofit Projects)
-Sale of LED Luminaires to contractors and/or distributors for new Factories (New Construction Projects)
-Develop technical proposals (Lighting Calculations, Energy Calculations, Benchmarks, etc)
-Develop commercial proposals (Payback calculations, quotations, etc)
-Visit factories, distributors and contractors in order to provide with technical trainings, to get opportunity size, and come back with both technical & commercial solutions.
-Generate new customers (End Users) at a national level (Most industrial regions such as Baja Califorina, Bajio, Chihuaha and Nuevo Leon)
-Strategic planning on the Sales Forecasting for the future months
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanics, Mechatronics or similar).
-Three or more years of experience in product sales.
-Capable of translate a complex customer requirements into simple and clear explanations.
-Able to build strong relationships with people.
-Deep domain of electricity: able to understand basic electricity calculations, electricity
consumptions, and electricity designs.
-Deep or intermediate domain of digital solutions such as Industrial Automation, Software solutions, Domotics or related.
-Complete availability to travel at a national level for prolonged time.
-Fluent in English & Spanish; written and spoken
-Strong Public Presentation Skills
-High competitive skills (Demonstrate participation in national contests)
-High Performance during college studies
- Solid experience in sales specific role
- Experience managing projects (any type)
- Demonstrated clear thinking with effective communication at all levels
- Strong influencing skills and works well with other
-Experience with AutoCAD or similar graphical design software
