Role Summary:
Provides effective and responsive administrative services to support multiple Executives at Current, powered by GE, in day-to-day business operations and activities including general office management and coordinating team building activities.

Essential Responsibilities:

In addition you will :


  • Provide administrative support to client through effectively maintaining and coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, telephone coverage, coordinating IT troubleshooting, processing and reconciling T&L expense accounts, managing catering, and handling various purchases and making AP invoice arrangements
  • Schedule, plan, and organize all logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings, training and events, both international and domestic
  • Maintain and track detailed calendar of projects and engagements
  • Lead the scheduling and organization of activities relating to travel, including meeting / interview coordination, travel, car services, visa application (if needed)
  • Coordinate with other senior leadership staff, visitors, and executive assistants
  • Work with IT to coordinate technical troubleshooting for technology assets, and in preparation for virtual meetings
  • Create digital folders for shared file repository
  • Create and maintain email distribution lists
  • Provide general office administrative services, including managing incoming correspondence, managing shipping needs, document preparation and printing / scanning / faxing as needed, catering coordination, among others
  • Run reports in excel
  • Help keep organization charts up to date as directed
  • Maintain filing and records management systems and other office flow procedures which may be confidential
  • Coordinate team building activities (e.g. happy hours, bbqs, etc).

    Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (OR an Associate's Degree from an accredited school or college with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Minimum of 7 years of total experience in Administration and Support required

    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT :


  • Ability to travel 10% of time as needed

  • Knowledge of general office management and current computer / office communications technologies
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Slack

  • Superior time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with senior level management and corporate contacts
