Role Summary: The Enterprise Application Engineering Specialist will join an amazing team dedicated to delivering solutions across the Privileged Access Management (PAM) suite. The team focuses on providing a seamless and secure experience across all of GE to ensure we protect the companies most critical assets. The Enterprise Application Engineer Specialist will work with senior members of the team to design and support solutions in our Multi-Factor Authentication and PAS solutions sets.
Partner with senior team members to support key programs and initiatives to improve multi-factor and HPA solutions
Ensure current and future solutions are scalable and supportable across engineering and operations teams
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with shifting priorities; must be comfortable with change and actively driving improvements
Demonstrated willingness to constantly learn and improve processes and technology to move solutions forward in order to support desired outcomes.
Clear thinker with an understanding of how new technologies impact the environment
Ensure continuous availability of platform(s) via engineering, planned maintenance, and break- fix
Assist L2 Operations triage support escalations for significant issues
Provide L3 engineering support for significant operational changes
Proactively drive problem resolution to ensure automation and simplification of key services
Bachelor’s Degree with a technology focus or equivalent vocation training
Minimum of 1 years of demonstrated experience working in enterprise class identity solutions such as CyberArk, remote access or user authentication products, including familiarity with installation, configuration, design, and troubleshooting
Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical root cause analysis
Must be willing to work out of an office in Glen Allen, VA

Prior working experience that demonstrates strong ability to lead across various organizational levels
Ability to learn light scripting
Familiarity with change control processes, identity and access management principles, and server infrastructure
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
Highly organized and self-motivated
Proven ability to learn and adapt to new products quickly and comprehensively
