Role Summary:
The Global Partner Program & Operations team is looking for a high-performance Partner Program Manager to own the onboarding lifecycle for net new GE Digital partners, as well as provide program assistance and oversight of our reseller partner types.

Essential Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for managing and administering the onboarding process and ongoing development of net new consulting, systems integrators, ISVs, technology, telco service providers, and reseller partners participating in the GE Digital Alliance Program. The Partner Program Manager will be focused on activities and initiatives that represent GE Digital Alliance Program, which may include; recruit prospective partners, ensure an optimum program experience from regular partner coaching/mentoring all the way through annual program membership renewal. This includes ensuring partners take advantage of the benefits and resources made available through the GE Digital Alliance Program during the first stage of the partnership. In addition to contributing to worldwide partner program initiatives, responsibilities include assisting with reseller program tiering, benefit and requirement setting. This role will also involve interfacing with GE Digital’s instance of Salesforce to identify and develop contacts and relationships that will help partners engage with GE Digital, network with the GE Digital sales organization, obtain GE Digital expertise, and achieve year over year growth and success. This role requires an individual who is confident, dynamic, poised, polished, and a self-starter. Asking questions, being willing to learning by experience, and having an enquiring mind are attributes that will help you succeed.

  • Own the success of the partner program for all tiered partners, with a specific focus on ensuring scalable elements exist to help partners ramp quickly in the Alliance Program.
  • Assist with Reseller program build out, including requirement setting, benefit definition and general program operations.
  • Provide scalable partner management to all net-new partners to ensure that they are developing a strategy to contribute across our partner program categories: Revenue (Sales), Expertise (Certified Individuals) and Customer Success (Customer references/stories.
  • Facilitate the successful transfer of ownership of the relationship to the GTM Team once partner is ready for joint customer engagements.
  • Manage all on-boarding related processes, activities, and initiatives to help increase mindshare around GE Digital
  • Own specific onboarding partner KPI’s and metrics
  • Partner Facing - serve as point of contact for tiered partners
  • Manage the partner account record within GE Digital’s instance of salesforce
  • Ensure an optimum experience for partners who are interested in partnership with GE Digital
  • Support the partner enbablement initiatives by ensuring appropriate (and scalable) partner information is available during onboarding cycles.
  • Liaison with the WW Alliances team, industry stakeholders and other key stakeholders to ensure an optimum Partner experience
  • Manage requests from partners related to the partner portal

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 -10 years working in a sales, customer service, relationship management, program management, operations, or a marketing role
  • Bachelors degree required – Advanced degree a plus
  • GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completed

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
  • Must be willing to travel ~20%
  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in San Ramon, CA preferred but open to all US locations
