Demonstrate the ability to leverage ServiceNow development best-practices to maintain the health of the platform>
Work in an Agile environment and quickly deliver logical, scalable solutions based on user and technical requirements
Work across various system applications and modules (CMDB, Integrations, Service Catalog, etc.)
Collaborate with system engineers, front-end developers and software developers to implement solutions that are fully-aligned with the vision of the wider business
Meet with process owners and business leaders to gather and translate business and functional requirements into actionable technical requirements.
Take technical ownership of 2+ applications within the ServiceNow platform
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or a minimum of 2 years of professional technical experience
Minimum 1 years of proven experience with project management methodologies.

ServiceNow certified Administrator (preferred) or equivalent experience
Familiarity and understanding of most of the following related to ServiceNow – Workflow editing, Report Generation, Update Sets, Glide Records (system), CMS, Orchestration, Notify
Understanding of ITIL and Service Management a plus
Agile Scrum experience a plus
ITIL Certification or relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to communicate, orally and in writing, technical information to Senior Team Members or Management
Creative, innovative, and flexible, with the ability to remain enthusiastic, while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Customer focus, evaluating decisions through the eyes of the customer and partnering with customers to help shape their future initiatives
