Senior Sales Manager responsible for leading and driving sales growth in Iraq, Southern and Midland territories.
Develop, present and execute on the region blue print and operating plan as it pertains to assigned territory.
Customer focal point for all commercial activities and lifecycle relationship management.
Team building, strategic management and internal alignment to customer expectations.
Accountable for delivering on Orders plan and commitment to business on Quarter/Annual basis.
Forging strong alliances with NOC's, IOC's, EPC's, and channel partners operating in Iraq/Region.
Provide market updates on key trends, competitive landscape and opportunity dynamics.
Travel within the region as necessary to drive deal positioning and closure.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university or college.
Track record of good relations and sales experience with Oil & Gas customer, both National and International operating in the South and Middle of Iraq.
Strong turbo machinery applications knowledge and experience selling solutions to Oil and Gas customers.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Account Sales.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
