Role Summary:
Responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for their products/solutions/services in an assigned territory, and/or in a list of named accounts individually or as part of a One GE Healthcare team. Act as the clinical/technical expert to establish and continuously develop the relationship with departmental and technical decision makers in their assigned accounts and where applicable work in conjunction with Account Executives and Managers to gain access to C-Suite decision makers.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Drive Anesthesia segment performance with clear product development thinking.
- Pre-sales demo … make the potential customer better understand the products for higher win-rate
Work closely with sales team to achieve the sales target/commitment
- To collaborate, involve with show-sites across China, build closer KOL relationship.
- Conduct market intelligence to better understand competitor dynamics.
- Launch NPI and set implementation strategy.
- Prepare effective sales tools for sales team.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree in Clinical & Medicals and other related field, Anesthesia education background or Anesthesiologist preferred.
- Preferred if has experience in healthcare industry, taking various commercial roles, with a track record in either Sales or Marketing functions
- Strong Communication capabilities, including the relationship with KOL and team building (internal and external)
- Good marketing sense with applied skills
- English level: fluent in spoken/reading/writing English
- Good command of selling skills, including negotiation and communication
