Role Summary: Activities providing the necessary support on pre- and post-contractual administration & management , Terms & Conditions and Change Management. Also involves definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities in support of the contract or project.
Essential Responsibilities: • Responsible & accountable of all T&C approach • Assure that cross functional team understand, disseminate and apply T&Cs • Assure all customer requirements are captured… contractual clauses • Critical Analysis of Customer Scope during ITO/OTR phase • Support Project Execution & Billing process • Risk Management • Change Management... Identify, calculate and control VORs • Support project management team to present and negotiate w/ customer VOR, including cost and schedule impact • Prepare the technical/commercial deviation letters and negotiate w/ customer • Manage Warranty & Guarantee for customers, consistent w/ T&Cs and Company Policies.. claims from customers • Support ITO during T&Cs analysis & identify the execution risks • Work w/ PMO on process improvement
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Contract Performance Management. Fluent English
