Role Summary:
Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope.

Essential Responsibilities:

    Quality system implementation:
  • Provide a support to the other functions for the use of the quality methodologies and tools
  • Check all testing equipment’s used at site are listed and calibrated; the records are maintained and accessible
  • Ensure site documentation is generated, distributed, updated and archived in accordance withthe relevant work instruction
  • Ensure, that Site Management File is updated on current basis and available to whole site personnel, incl. Partners

    Non-conformance management:
  • Open the NCR’s according to the procedure approved within Plants
  • Provide support for the proper resolution of the NCR’s
  • Monitor the delivery of the corrections and corrective actions
  • Assist with the internal quality audits ITPL and Final documentation (SWCF)
  • Do the inspections scheduled in the quality control plan
  • Ensure proper preparation of inspections defined as customer witness points
  • Monitor the on time delivery of the Site Work Conformance File (SWCF) by sub- contractors
  • Check the completeness and correctness of the Site Work Conformance File (SWCF)
  • Submit the Site Work Conformance File (SWCF) to the Quality Manager

    Site welding control:
  • Ensure overall site welding quality and welder performance meet Alstom Steam Plants requirements
  • Ensure material traceability is recorded and maintained

  • Prepare the inputs for the quality management review
  • Write down the minutes of the quality management for Quality Manager approval
  • Prepare the quality inputs for the weekly meeting

    Return on Experience:
  • Compile Field Service Report for Quality functions
  • Provide feedback to on supplier / subcontractors site quality performance


    • Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Certificate in Engineering from an accredited university or college with 2 years experience
    • Must have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in the role’s location
