Role Summary:
Digital Workplace Support (DWS) within Digital Technology is responsible for delivering world class end user services.

As part of Global Services and Standards (GSS), you will play a key role to partner with any teams willing to bring a change / project impacting DWS and to deliver strategic changes within GSS.

Essential Responsibilities:
You will work closely with all GSS teams (and their providers), global DWS teams (Customer adoption, Strategic Initiatives, Transformation, end-user technology) and DWS Regional teams.

You will work hand in hand with the GSS Leader and DWS Transformation team to identify and deliver any projects required to improve the efficiency of GSS services and the alignment with its strategy within DWS and Digital Technology.

Coordinating multiple interdependent projects, you are responsible for setting the standards and defining project management practices followed by all project managers and project team within the program or division. You will collaborate with functional owners(s), project technical team(s), project managers within program and interdependencies teams.

You will leverage deep technology, process and domain expertise to drive execution across multiple interdependent projects within a program. You will work on large-size project or a program comprising of multiple projects impacting a single or multiple domains.

You will have to:

  • Identify new significant projects (internal or external) to ensure GSS is always involved as early as possible in the project definition:

    • Partner with external teams to discuss on-going or future projects impacting GSS
    • Work with the DWS Transformation team to identify future projects impacting GSS
    • Work with GSS Leader and GSS Team Leads to identify required internal project
    • Consolidate all projects definition into the GSS Project Portfolio


  • Analyze and build/review each project definition to ensure they are appropriately designed to converge with GSS needs and strategic goals:

    • Produce analysis around each project in order to validate it and to improve it internally with GSS Leader and GSS Team Leads
    • Work with project teams (internally or externally) to ensure improvements identified are taken into account
    • Propose project set-up and ownership within GSS (GSS Project Lead or GSS Teams lead) and beyond when project is driven by GSS


  • Plan and manage key projects:

    • Build project plans and project teams
    • Manage project teams
    • Partner with any required GSS and non-GSS Teams to deploy the project
    • Manage key projects end-to-end (financials, operations, …) and ensure they are achieved
    • Drive key activities of the project he / she is assigned to
    • Report to DWS Leader, GSS Leader and GSS Team Leads on progress


  • Consolidate progress of all significant projects impacting GSS teams (led by GSS Project leader, GSS Teams or external teams) within the GSS Project Portfolio:

    • Represent GSS in “in scope” projects’ Steering Committees
    • Monitor risks and issues around each project
    • Report out status to GSS Leader and GSS Teams Leaders on key projects
    • Support Project Managers in projects not managed by the GSS Project Leader

      Qualifications/Requirements:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical discipline
      • Exceptional project management skills/organizational skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively manage mixed resources and multiple IT projects of various diverse scopes
      • Track record of successfully planning and executing complex, multimillion-dollar Business – IT programs/projects
      • Strong proven experience in managing complex IT projects in a global, matrixed organization
      • Strong experience in IT service delivery
      • Excellent analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills
      • Customer service oriented
      • Fluent in English

        Desired Characteristics:

        • Experience working in a Global context
        • Knowledge and experience working and managing Service Desk / Deskside activities
        • Self-motivated, self-starter who works well in a fast pace, growth orientated entrepreneurial environment
        • Must have the ability to work under minimal direction, be organized and have the ability to prioritize commitments and projects
        • Drives change initiatives & strategies
        • French Language skill is a plus
