Role Summary: Preclinical and Clinical trial technical Support.
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Development of Hyperpolarized 13C technology and applications in collaboration with GE and leading Universities in the research Circle 2. Facilitate the exchange of scientific information within the GE 13C DNP research community 3. Create, Screen and promote critical intellectual property 4. Represent GE at international scientific meetings and publish in peer reviewed journals 5. Works with key partners with in GE MR business, GE Global Research Centers in Munich and Albany 6. Works closely with Key suppliers of Hardware and Wetware 7. Complies with all local regulations and processes regarding pre-clinical and clinical studies
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Ph.D. or equivalent with experience in chemistry, (N)MR and animal in vivo studies of biochemical and metabolic processes 2. Experience with Magnetic Resonance scanner hardware and pulse programing 3. Excellent communication and teaching skills 4. Willing to submit to a drug screening and background investigation as part of the selection process 5. Must be willing to travel as required
