Role Summary: The Electric Motor Winder C will perform simple operations such as wind, repair, strip, connect, etc.., on equipment such as random wound and single phase stators, small AC rotors and DC armatures, etc.
Essential Responsibilities: As the Electric Motor Winder C, you will:
Perform simple operations such as wind, repair, strip, connect, etc.., on equipment such as random wound and single phase stators, small AC rotors and DC armatures, etc.
Perform related duties as assigned and assists in the more difficult operations
Actively follow EHS compliance guidelines.
Actively follow quality requirements and procedures.
High School Diploma / GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience with large scale electrical components such as transformers, motors, generators and circuit breakers
Ability and willingness to read elementary electrical schematics
Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability and wilinness to travel as needed
Ability and willingness to work long hours, weekends, and various shifts when needed
Ability to work with other technicians properly
Demonstrated ability to properly operate cranes and rig load for safe movements
Demonstrated ability to work with Quality & EHS leaders in regards to their job functions
Self-starter and able to work with minimal direction
